It depends on the profile series, window size and wind load. Common sections range from about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm; larger sashes, doors and high-rise windows need thicker sections. Share your profile drawing and we will recommend the right section.
Yes. Send us the profile drawing or a sample piece and we will match the section to the reinforcement chamber. Custom roll-forming tooling can be made for regular volumes.
