The U-channel is the most widely used reinforcement section in uPVC fabrication. It slides into the reinforcement chamber of frame, sash and mullion profiles to resist bending from wind load and hardware.
Roll-formed from galvanised coil to the chamber size of your profile series, in standard lengths or cut to size.

It depends on the profile series, window size and wind load. Common sections range from about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm; larger sashes, doors and high-rise windows need thicker sections. Share your profile drawing and we will recommend the right section.
