Roll-forming
Strip formed through roll stations into U, C, Z, box and sheet profiles.

Cut to length
Sections and sheets cut to ordered lengths to reduce site wastage.

Punching & fabrication
Holes and slots punched for solar structures; welding where designs need it.

Inspection
Dimensions, thickness and coating checked against the order.

Bundling & labelling
Bundled per section, series or structure kit, with labels for easy site use.

What we check before dispatch
Dimensional checks
Section width, height and length against drawing tolerance.
Thickness & coating
Base metal thickness and coating verified on incoming coil and finished parts.
Fit-up checks
Reinforcement trial-fitted in the profile; solar kits checked against the BOM.
Packing & identification
Every bundle labelled with product, size and order reference.

Manufacturing questions
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Fabricators, EPCs and dealers are welcome to visit our Nagpur factory by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit.
Do you provide test certificates?
Mill test certificates for coil and inspection reports can be shared with orders on request.
Can you manufacture to a tender specification?
Yes. Share the technical specification and drawings; we confirm compliance and any deviations before production.
