For regular volumes we build dedicated roll-forming tooling, so every batch matches the first.

It depends on the profile series, window size and wind load. Common sections range from about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm; larger sashes, doors and high-rise windows need thicker sections. Share your profile drawing and we will recommend the right section.
