Solar Mounting Structures
Fixed-tilt tables for utility, C&I and open-access solar plants.

Ground-mounted fixed tilt structures carry modules in tables of one or more rows, on columns set in concrete or pile foundations. They are the most cost-effective option for open land.
We fabricate columns, rafters, purlins and bracing in hot-dip galvanised or pre-galvanised steel, punched for fast site assembly.

It depends on structure type (RCC flat roof vs tin-shed), height, material (pre-galvanised or hot-dip galvanised), wind zone and order size. Elevated structures use more steel per kW. Send your plant size, roof type and location for a quote.
Hot-dip galvanising after fabrication gives a thicker zinc coat, including on cut edges and holes, and suits ground-mounted, coastal and agricultural sites. Pre-galvanised is lighter and economical for many rooftop systems. We will recommend based on site and tender specs.
